Yes, if you would like to cancel your order, contact us and include your full name on the order, and your order number.
You are not able to make any edits to your order after it's placed, but contact us with anything you changes you'd like to make and if we are able to accommodate these edits we will. Keep in mind, if your changes increase your order's dollar value we will request a payment method to cover the difference.
Common Questions About Ordering
Since decorations are very precise, we have specific requirements for the file type needed to transfer your design to garment. If you see the option to add a logo to your garment, that logo has already been agreed upon by a member of your staff. If you are interested in checking what logo is pre-set or would like to use a different logo, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Absolutely, any orders with decoration additions will be emailed a preview to confirm the design before we start working on your order.
If your company has provided you with a code to enter on your order, there is a box on the right side of the site during the first stage of your checkout where you will enter it (in between the products in your cart and the order's cost).
After adding products to your cart, you may view them by selecting the cart icon in the top right corner of the site.
Enter your business' name for the shipping address.
If your chosen color isn't readily available to fulfill your order, we do reserve the right to swap it out with a different color. We'll do our best to select a similar color, but you can also make any substitution requests when viewing your cart in the comment box before proceeding with the checkout process.

Generally, the different decoration methods can be used interchangeably - depending on number of colors, complexity of logo, size of logo, budget or garment limitations.
We'll help you choose the right style for your needs. Decoration types are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, especially for new customers.
Files must be smaller than 3 MB
- Embroidery & Emblems: EMB or DST files
- Screen Printing & Heat Sealing: AI or CDR files
We can use PDF, PNG and JPG/JPEG for reference only. If those are the only files available for a decoration submission, it will incur an art charge (unless we already have the file on record).
No, we can add your decorations in any desired color(s).
The maximum number of color allowed for screen printing is six.
The cost of decoration varies depending on type of decoration, complexity of design, colors, and quantities. Talk with a team member about pricing.

Questions About Payment
If your code entered during the checkout process covers the total cost of the order, you will not be asked to enter a payment method or your billing address. You will complete your order and the amount of your order that your code covered will be invoiced upon fulfillment.
This credit card error is due to an error/ incorrect information being entered for the payment method. Your order's shipping address should be your business, but make sure the billing address matches your payment method.
No. Payments are pending and will not be captured until the order is fulfilled or after 29 days, whichever comes first. If we are unable to fulfill your order at the time of the rest of your company's, your payment method will be refunded the amount of the unfulfilled products.
